Information you share

When you request a selling plan, buying plan, agent application review or other help, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, property or buying preferences, license information and message. We use those details to respond by phone or email, assess your request and provide the services you ask for. Please keep Social Security numbers, bank credentials and other sensitive documents out of website forms.

Website activity and service providers

Our website uses hosting, security, database and email services to deliver pages, prevent spam, save inquiries and send confirmations. These providers process information needed to perform those services. We record inquiry receipts and website events to check delivery and understand which pages and campaigns lead to requests. This can include page paths, referral and campaign information, browser identifiers, IP addresses and technical logs.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

When configured and enabled, Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel measure visits, email-link clicks and completed inquiries. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive browser, device and activity information. Advertising measurement can help evaluate campaigns and reach interested audiences. Our advertising event code does not send form answers, names, email addresses, property addresses or license numbers to these services.

Your choices

The checkbox on an inquiry form gives Mayshore permission to respond to that request. It is separate from advertising measurement. You can turn off our optional Google and Meta tracking in this browser below. We also honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal for this tracking. Essential security and inquiry delivery continue to work.

Email inquiries@mayshore.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or stop optional follow-up. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Some records must remain available to complete an ongoing service, protect records or meet applicable requirements.

Keeping and sharing information

We retain inquiry and transaction information for service, recordkeeping and security needs. We share information with people and providers involved in the services you request, as necessary to protect the service, or when required by law. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own policies.
