Frequently asked questions
What is a transaction-fee brokerage for Texas agents?
A transaction-fee brokerage charges a fixed amount when your own business closes. That differs from a plan that takes a percentage of each commission. Compare both models at the same expected production to see their annual cost.
What help can I expect as a new Mayshore agent?
You need help with a live file as well as information to study. All TREC forms are available in the CRM you use, so you can bring a specific form question to Jeremy.
Can a Texas agent work part time?
Yes. Part-time agents still need time for client appointments and contract deadlines. Tell Jeremy which DFW market you serve and when you are available before planning your client workload.
Can an agent place a license with a low-cost brokerage and still transact?
An active Texas sales-agent license needs a sponsoring broker. Sponsorship and MLS access are separate. Arrange the memberships and tools your client work requires as part of joining the brokerage.
