Selling in DFW

Start with your home and your plans

Your home's subdivision, condition, lot and recent nearby sales shape the pricing recommendation. Mayshore helps you prepare, market, negotiate and get to closing. Our single-family listing-side fee is 1%; buyer-agent compensation and closing costs are separate.

How to use the area names

A mailing city or neighborhood name can cross municipal, school and taxing boundaries. We use the property address, recorded subdivision and relevant map layers to define a search and choose comparable sales.

The Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metro definition includes Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wise counties. The directory is a point-in-time coverage guide based on an NTREIS Residential search; individual listings, addresses and agent records are not republished here.
