Questions from flippers.

How much does Mayshore charge to list a flip in DFW?

Mayshore charges 1% of the final sale price to list a single-family home in Dallas–Fort Worth. There is no minimum fee, administrative fee or transaction fee. Buyer-broker compensation, if offered, and other selling costs are separate.

What is included in the 1% listing fee?

Full-service representation: pricing and comparative market analysis, a preparation plan, photography, MLS entry and management, permitted syndication, showing coordination, open houses, offer review and negotiation. Transaction coordination, inspection and appraisal coordination, and support through closing are included.

Can I list a flip before the renovation is finished?

We can plan the sale while work is underway. Send the address, remaining work and expected finish date. We will review pricing and agree on the photo, showing and listing dates around the property's readiness.

Do I need a listing appointment?

A separate listing presentation is optional. We still meet at the property to take photos, handle disclosures and arrange the yard sign and showing access. Send the address first and we can work out the next steps.

Is the buyer's agent paid from Mayshore's listing fee?

No. The 1% is Mayshore's listing-side fee. You decide whether to offer buyer-broker compensation and how much; it is negotiable and separate. Loan payoff, title and other closing costs, concessions, staging, repairs and any agreed marketing upgrades are also separate.

Can Mayshore handle my next flip too?

Yes. Send each property's address and expected completion date. We can plan the listings around your projects. Each home needs its own pricing, showing and launch plan; there is no required volume commitment for the published fee.

Mayshore’s 1% fee covers the listing side of a single-family home sale. Buyer-broker compensation and closing costs are separate. Land, commercial and multifamily properties are priced per property. 1% listing services.
