Business sources

Separate your clients from company opportunities

Your past clients and personal referrals belong in your self-generated business planning. Those funded closings cost $495 each, with no cap.

A company opportunity starts with an inquiry that comes through Mayshore. Keep its source in your notes as the conversation develops into client work.

Transaction planning

Review the inquiry before taking on work

  1. 01

    Know the source

Keep the source of a client inquiry with your transaction notes. It helps you distinguish your own business from an opportunity that came through Mayshore.

  2. 02

    Understand the client request

Read the inquiry before discussing the property. Find out whether the person wants to buy or sell, then identify the next question that needs an answer.

  3. 03

    Plan your workload

Consider the service area and the time the transaction needs. Keep your current clients and their deadlines in view as you consider additional work.
