Include any urgent deadline in your message. Jeremy works with the transaction coordinator and title team as needed to handle urgent timing.
Which services come with my Mayshore agent plan?
Your plan includes three services: broker supervision, transaction coordination and E&O coverage. There is no separate coordination or E&O charge. Association and MLS dues remain outside the plan; any pass-through costs are billed at actual cost.
Does transaction coordination follow a fixed task list?
Coordination follows the needs of your transaction rather than a fixed task list. Jeremy works with the coordinator and title team when a file needs their help.

- Keep 100% of your commission. Pay $495 per funded self-generated closing, with no cap.

- 50/50 split, no $495 closing fee

- $150 flat per lease
- Included
- E&O coverage and transaction coordination are included, with no monthly, technology, franchise or annual fee.
If you represent both sides, that counts as two closings. Each team member pays $495 for each funded self-generated side. MLS, association and other third-party costs are separate.
